Change in Dutch regulations concerning LNG refueling training

According to the PGS 33-1.1 (published in May 2022), the employer of the authorized customer is responsible for the safe conduct of the customer. This means that no longer the operator of the LNG stations is responsible for the LNG truck driver being properly trained to refuel LNG, but the responsibility now lies with the transport company. These regulations are now aligned with the regulations in most European countries. The operator of the LNG stations stays responsible for ensuring safe operations within the LNG station; the operator is responsible for ensuring that LNG installation is only available to users with an exclusive fuel card which has been opened for LNG.
