Dutch version of NGVA online LNG training available

As part of the Bio-LNG Platform, PitPoint.LNG has recently worked on the Dutch version of NGVA’s online LNG training. The training was already available in English, German and French, but now the Dutch version of the training is also available on the platform.

The training can be found at www.ngva.eu/lngtraining/, and consists of several modules which take the driver step-by-step through the refueling process, the features of LNG and safety.

This online training is suitable to ensure LNG drivers are properly instructed on how to refuel an LNG truck. The training helps reduce accidents, reduce refueling time, and prevents downtime caused by user errors.

According to PGS 33-1.1, the employer is responsible for educating the LNG truck driver. The registration for the training can be done on the aforementioned website and can be purchased in bundles as well as one-off. The training is self-paced and has an estimated duration of 1-1.5 hours. The driver will receive a personalized certificate upon successful completion of the training.
